By using KitForma, you agree to use the tools lawfully and only with content you have the right to process.

Your content

You retain your rights to your files and text. Processing a file does not transfer ownership to us. Keep a separate copy of important originals. You are responsible for checking results before publishing, printing, submitting or deleting any file.

Tool limitations

The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Browser capabilities, memory, color profiles, orientation metadata and unusual file formats may affect results. Image processing can remove metadata and change color appearance. Animated or multi-frame images export as a still image; HEIC Live Photo video and HDR are not preserved. PDFs contain images, not searchable OCR text. Word counts and reading times are estimates. QR codes are static; continued access to their destinations is outside our control.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to infringe rights, distribute harmful content, disrupt the service or mislead others. Do not manipulate advertising or encourage invalid clicks.

Third parties and liability

External links and advertising are provided by third parties. We do not control their content or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Service availability and features may change.
